By submitting this form I understand that:
1) The student will need to practise at least two hours a week for 12 weeks before the exam
2) There is a deadline for video submission. If you miss the deadline there is an automatic fail, so please take note of this.
3) The exam fee is non refundable (including if you cancel the exam)
4) I understand that any lessons missed will likely impact on the exam result
5) Your instrument must be a piano or digital piano. A non weighted keyboard is not suitable for practise or digital submission.
6) I will purchase all required materials (sightreading book, scale book and exam pieces)
7) You have read and understood the ABRSM key information about the performance exam
8) Your exam result cannot be guaranteed by your teacher.
9) Your details submitted by this form will be shared with the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) for booking purposes.
10) You give permission for the ABRSM to use your video entry for assessment purposes. An adult must sign off on this for a child under 18 years old.
11) The exam fee must be paid in full at the time of booking
12) You must pass a mock exam by an independent external examiner before your exam booking is confirmed. This is to ensure you are ready and help you prepare.
